Dear Cyberspace,

It was great to hear Jen’s voice yesterday. She sounded amazing. Probably not as amazing as she surely sounded last night, on Bowery ballroom’s stage. Must have been a ball. How can we work it out that I be transferred out to NY for the important gigs? I mean, if scientists have managed to deatomize a ray of light from one place, in order to then recreate it in another, can’t they deatomize me and send me to NY every once in a while? Spottiswoode and the enemies are playing next week, that’s worth a little experimentation, I would think. Joe’s Pub a perfect place for me to appear out of nowhere.

Anyway, due to my fussing around (which is a nice way of putting it, but no more curses because I don’t want Baby Clarisse to read her mother’s foul mouth in 10 years from now) with my login access for this blog, I lost access for a couple of days, and therefore did not manage to post episode 2 of my adventures in contemporary art land as promised. So here it. And learn French, dammit, because so far, all the content is in French.

That said, Art and You is almost finished, looks like. Cross fingers. More than one year of my life devoted to something that can’t even smile or burp yet, I’m surprised I’m so invested. The website will not be as cute as Clarisse, but it will rock the art world.

Mad Love, always,
MN
